NIE Fault Report

NIE Fault Report is an iOS application for iPad/iPhone/iPod Touch. It allows NIE Staff or NIE Guest to notify the NIE Development and Estates Department for any fault detected within the campus. Users of the application would be able to submit the fault and track the status of the fault though the application.

Simply select the type of fault, the location of the fault, describe the problem, take a picture if required and submit the fault. Once submitted, the respective technical staff of the related fault will assess and resolve the fault.
